|Recommended: YesIt is a great place to live and explore — The facility is perfect for downtown living. Convenient to so many amenities..
|Recommended: YesNice Property — Very nice area, close to Kroger, all the amenities provided
|Recommended: YesGood property, nice neighbors, great location — Love this apartment complex. Room is spacious, doesn't have crazy high utility prices, and has a great balcony view. Had a great two years living here. The parking is also great and the complex itself is super dog friendly who doesn't love being around dogs . Jess before she left was amazing and always great to work with in the office, she will be missed. The new property manager is not always the friendliest but at least shes competent, that's more than you can say about most apartment complex managers. The maintenance staff is also amazing. They never took more than one day to fix anything. I highly recommend this complex.
|Recommended: YesNice apartment, pros and cons — Really nice layout and balcony. We face the train and although we are getting used to the noise it does get pretty loud when their wheels squeal we've been here since April 8 . You get only one parking space per apartment, even in a two-bedroom, and to get a second space it's 100 mth. There is free street parking around and I never have to go farther out than Front St. All the outside doors are security locked except the main office entrance. Units have washer dryer hook-ups and you can rent a set for 45 mth from the apt if you don't have your own, and there is also a laundry room on the 4th floor. Staff wise, Jessica was wonderful to work with when we were signing up a couple other ladies in the office seemed too new to answer questions. The maintenance crew has so far been very quick to respond and fix items they are able to. The workout facility is nice and hasn't been very busy any of the times we've gone. Haven't tried out the pool yet which opened around May 1st. No recycling on the premise except for a dumpster for cardboard in the basement of the parking garage. The electric and water combined bill go through a company called Pioneer Energy Management who is expense - our first bill for the first 9 days was about 45, which is 2-3 times more than at the house I just sold. Bottom line nice place, great location, glad to live here so far but doubt we will stay longer than a year for the price we pay.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Great location within in the city with easy access to many amenities all located inside one building. Staff is always friendly and willing to help with any questions or issues
|Recommended: YesI really like living here — Apartments are quiet, people in the office are friendly, and maintenance fix issues quickly.
|Recommended: YesFun and young. Yet professional atmosphere — Great during the week. A little loud on the weekends
|Recommended: YesClean, spacious, competitive pricing, and great management — Brewer's Yard is in a nice location - close to restaurants, bars, downtown, but just far enough away to still have a neighborhood feel. The apartments are clean and spacious. Management is very friendly. The gym is a decent size and never too crowded. There is a yoga room which is almost always empty, which is nice. However, I do not think maintenance cleans the equipment ever and there is frequently a body odor smell in the gym. The only complaint with the apartments is that the doors are not well insulated and I can hear the neighbors at times. In the surrounding areas, there are homeless people and I would not walk at night by myself - but that is any big city really.
|Recommended: NoIt is good but sometimes noisy — it is okay but the rent is expensive
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — Great place to live.
|Recommended: YesOverall happy — I would tell them there are a lot of good things about it. Spacious and a good staff. The carpet was brand new when we moved in which was very nice. The crown molding and high ceilings are also a nice touch. The only negatives would be it is a little dated, the appliances finishes are a bit old standard, and there seems to be a few too many bugs crawling around.
|Recommended: YesBest Decision — It's a nice and peaceful community-close to everything while tucked away from the mass bustle. The reserved parking spaces in the garage are a stress reliever.

|Recommended: YesGood first place to live out of college. — Love that we are assigned a spot, but to get an extra, super expensive. People coming to visit, parking difficult. Can't hear people above or below me, but can hear people clear as day who are in the hallway. Utility pricing for a one bedroom is super fair. Heating and cooling are never an issue. However, bathtub is terrible quality and hard to clean, caulking comes off of wall repeatedly. Counter-tops and cabinets outdated. Would like an option for hardwood floors instead of carpet. Wish walls were white not the weird yellowy color. Maintenance has been awesome. Staff usually pretty helpful, but have had miscommunications with working something out with one person and it not getting relayed and communicated to correct people and causes me issues that I shouldn't have to deal with. Overall, now that my rent has gone up for a one bedroom to 1020, I will definitely be looking elsewhere. Paying 20 per person every month for the clubhouse electric is quite high especially since it closes so early that I've never even really used it. The building is definitely not as secure as it is led on to be. Good area, but could do better elsewhere.
